I had a problem with inserting the cartridge into the printer. I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful and suggested I send a photo of the cartridges. He resolved it quickly and clearly. It was simply that I didn’t realise there was a protective cover which had to be removed. Have always found the company efficient and good value. Very pleased.

Not the cheapest and amount of ink in cartridge means it works out more expensive overhaul, hence we won’t use again . Service and delivery very prompt and easy though .

Delivery was quick. However the printer didn’t recognise the chip, the printing was poor, and I had to return the cartridges. The refund was prompt.

On 12 March, I ordered a box of cartridges, but after I'd added my credit card number, I had a message to say the order hadn't gone through. Having given my credit card number, I didn't re-order in case I was sent 2 boxes. However the next day I received an e-mail saying my order was still awaiting completion,so I assumed from this you hadn't got the order and re-ordered. On 14th March I received 2 e-mails saying my order would be with me the next day. I then received 2 boxes of cartridges and 2 invoices. Having received them, I decided to keep them but I'm disappointed that this error occcured after you told me my first order hadn't gone through.

I had a problem with what I thought was a ink cartridge, after contacting the company Lindsey helped me to solve the problem, she arraigned sending me test patterns to print and also new ink cartridges to try, evem supplying a genuine HP cartridge, but it was not a ink cartridge problem, it was my printer, the company through Lindsey worked so hard on a problem that was my problem not theirs, it was my printer slowly developing internal faults, I decided to buy a new printer from tge Cartridge People and ordered a new Epsom 8550 ink tank printer, and was told that I would be credited against the cost of the printer with the 2 ink cartridges that I had bought previously. What a great gesture from the company and a huge effort by Lindsay to try to solve a problem that was not theirs. As for deliveries I wosh every company I deal with used Evri I think that is how it is spelt, fast efficient and always on time, a big "well done!" To all concerned, Stanley K.

Epson printer picked up that it wasn’t an original cartridge & no matter what I tried it wouldn’t work which was disappointing, excellent ordering & delivery experience

Would be better but for poor delivery service, if you can call it delivery! Dumping on doorstep and running away without ringing bell or knocking the door is not delivery, but from your response to last complainy you simply don't care, and won't react.

I've only just received the cartridges and this is the second time you've asked me to write a review. Although the delivery was delayed, it is the quality of the ink which is important to me and it's far too early to make that judgement.

I was very disappointed with the delvery company used by Cartridge People and object to having to go and collect my order from third parties as the delivery company used did not do its job as expected. However I did receive good support from your company in this matter. They (Sheree) handled my compaint most expeditiously and I got my order in the end but it could have been better. No complaints as to thr product itself as I have ordered it many tiemes before but the delivery needs to be tightened up.

I bought a compatible ink cartridge but the ink only printed blue. It was replaced and the next only printed magenta. This was also replaced. The third cartidge had magenta and yellow but no cian. I contacted the copany who told me it must be a problem with my printer which is very old. They said I had to send proof that my printer was checked by an expert as it must be faulty. I got the printer checked and was told it was fine but needed a new ink cartridge. I waited months before deciding to try once more and purchased another compatable ink cartridge and hey it works!!! The 3 previous did not! I hope when I need another I get one that will work too.

I think that your system is quite good but your website is overly complicated (and your prices are extortionately expensive, even your 'own brand' items). Unfortunately there are few alternative sources. The fact that most 'run of the mill' users only realise that they need ink when we run out makes your excellent delivery system appealing. I wouldn't recommend you to a friend or colleague ( because of your pricing) but if I was asked for an opinion I would answer in the affirmative.

The service was fantastic. The cartridge works like you suggested. However, I feel a little cheated, on the checkout page I'm given options to select the best delivery options, some more expensive than others. I selected the cheapest, as I wasn't in a rush. The most expensive option was through DPD at £9.99 and I would have had it in 2 days: Monday, the week after. I did however, receive it the next day! On a Saturday, before the date the expensive option would have offered. I was happy that I got it fast, yet it seems odd that I selected the cheaper option, which came faster than the most expensive option. It begs to question the trustworthiness of what is true and what isn't. Why take more from customer if it possible to send it next day at a cheaper rate?

However, we understand your concerns regarding the delivery options. I can see that you went for the standard tracked delivery service. On that service, most deliveries are arriving within 2 working days after dispatch. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to 5 days for them to arrive. I am very pleased that your order arrived on the next day, but this is not guaranteed. Please note that as you ordered on a Friday, the £9.99 option would have got you a tracked DPD Saturday delivery, which is guaranteed. Wrong cartidge sent - discussed with customer services who agreed to refund as search engine (bing) took me to the wrong link on your site. The person I spoke to on customer services was excellent. Paid for correct cartridges whioch came quickly. (Great service) Still waiting for the promised full refund on the original cartridges (Not so great!!)

Cazz was very helpful. After waiting 7 days for my delivery, which had been stuck at the Evri warehouse, Cazz sorted it and I got my parcel the next day. Would have given Cazz 5 stars, but the initial delay on the delivery was not ideal. Maybe stick with Rotal Mail instead of Evri
