I ordered a replacement cartridge for my Epson SC P400 printer - I was contacted by cartridge people informing me that their own brand cartridges were cheaper and were compatible. So I changed my order to their own brand and received a refund. This was handled well. Unfortunately when I installed my new cartridge my printer would have none of it and completely refused to recognise the new cartridge. I still have the 'refused' cartridge and an unopened cartridge.

No difficulty with the quality of the product which was received promptly. However, I wouldn't use the company again as long as they continue to use Evri (previously Hermes) as a courier. This company causes me a lot of problems (such as leaving valuable packages on the doorstep in plain view of the street and exposed to the weather without even bothering to knock). A quick glance at the Daily Mail website would show that I am by no means alone in disliking Evri.

Delivery a disaster. EVRI dumped the parcel at my front door when I wasn't in. It was stolen opened and dumped in a nearby wood. Not the first time EVRI have been lax and lazy. Would not buy from you again if you sre using EVRI.

i tried as recommended your 0fficial refil cartridge product on the last occasion before this I ordered from you and despite showing it was full on the printer screen it only worked for a very short time so on the this occasion I went back to the geniun, which so far is just fine.

Clearly prepared to pay a premium for genuine Epson ink, I find that you paid the carrier minimum, diu to deliver Friday, delayed to Saturday then cancelled at the last minute because you needed to a little more for weekend delivery. Still waiting

I ordered the wrong cartridges (obviously my fault!), only realising my error when I unpacked one cartridge, and attempted to load it into my printer. Expecting to pay a return postage cost, I contacted Cartridge World, to be informed that just by opening the packaging, I could not return or replace them! So not too impressed, when a) the cartridges were new and unused, b) not impressive customer service, with zero understanding that being human, even Cartridge World customers can make mistakes, and c) I am having to throw away full, new ink cartridges, and the associated plastic. Not impressed.

I had no problem at all with the product i bought. However I paid for next day delivery and the item took 4 days to arrive. The Delivery company Evri was the culprit for this however in my experience Evri NEVER deliver fast. If i had know Cartridge people used Evri I would have bought the product somewhere else - I probably will next time!

I see on this occasion you paid for Express tracked - This option is offered at the checkout as an upgrade when available. If you choose this option on a normal working day, we guarantee your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 5.30pm. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restriction. 97% of orders arrive next working day. However, next day is not guaranteed. We do offer a Tracked DPD Next Day Courier Delivery The following courier delivery methods are available on most orders and this will be offered at the checkout when available. If you choose one of these options on a normal working day, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 6:00pm. The expected delivery day will also be shown in the checkout when ordering. We understand how vital it is for our customers to receive their orders on time, and it’s disappointing to hear about the delay with Evri. Hi. I ordered an Epson product and immediately got a phone call from CP telling me of an upgrade at the same price. When it came it was a CP own brand, when I was expressly told on the phone it was Epson. Yet another call from CP was persuaded to use the CP product, not sure I was right to agree, wont be using CP again. Why cant you just send the product the customer ordered. I saw your product on the website and chose not to purchase it. J

Great service in terms of product after care. but overkill with the marketing and pestering for reviews. Additonally the price of these cartridges goes up so frequently - with the mistrust garnered by the marketing emails this feels like trying to squeeze as much as possible out of loyal customers.

The first time I made an order on line it worked perfectly a week or so ago it was not good. On the online order I could not change what I had ordered and it came up with double the order. A few days later I had an email from you and I phoned the number given and spoke to a gentleman. He canceled it and then found my name, address , card number and previous order which he said he would reorder for me. It arrived on the 4th Feb, I put a black cartridge in on Friday and could not get it to work. I find it is the wrong set of inks which don't have a Y shaped vent on them so it couldnot have been the sort I had had previously. I phoned on Saturday and left a message, I didn't realise you worked Mon to Fri, but I will contact you again because the five inks I paid for are of no use to me.

The orderingcservice is fine. But the company that is used to deliver the products just left them at the door and made no attempt to knock on the door to see if we were in.

Delivery with Evri still hasn't happened. They should have delivered last Friday. I was out but my husband was in and the porch door wasn't locked. They said they had had an issue but didn't indicate what it was. Their contact didn't allow me to make any suggestion. I suspect that because we are a rural community our post code covers several spread out houses and that they went to the wrong house.
