“The orderingcservice is fine. But the company that is used to deliver the products just left them at the door and made no attempt to knock on the door to see if we were in.”

“Spoke to Lindsey about problem with faulty HP302 black cartridge. She immediately offered to send a replacement which I received the next day. I had to return the faulty one for which a link was sent to print a free return label. This was excellent customer service by Lindsey and I will be using Cartridge People for future purchases.”

“Thank you for the prompt attention of a replacement Maintenance box (T04D1) for my ET-3750, I have now returned the ''faulty'' box. I personally think theirs nothing wrong with the one I returned, but it threw my printer into printing absolute garbage! I had to reinstate the printer several times, in fact if I shut down computer, and restarted it the printer was not recognised, and had to reinstate. reports demanding up tro date printer driver, etc. Took ages, etc. All working perfectly now. As an after thought, does the ET prefix stand for ''Extra Terrestial'' Again thanks for your prompt attention. Kind regards”
