“Great customer service, took 5mins for an email response from Liam. A speedy and hassle free solution - which is fairly rare these days! Only 4 stars as it's not the first time the cartridges have failed but then I think they still offer value for money against the 'genuine' versions.”

“Order Hp cartridge, received a phone call and encouraged to upgrade to own brand cartridge which didn't work. Eventually resolved, but went without the right Cartagena for a couple of days.”
