“I recently bought two e cartridges of black ink and neither of them have been compatible in my Xerox C310. I have contacted customer services but they gave Bern no help at all, suggesting that I run a diagnostic sheet …. BUT I NEED THE PRINTER TO WORK WITH THE INK CARTRIDGES in order to do that!!!! Bad bad bad ……”

“All round brilliant service; we have been using Cartridge People for around 2 years now and they still remain the most competitive when it comes to price. The delivery service is incredibly quick and they often pop in a free pen or notepad which is always handy!”

“I recently inserted one of your own colour cartridges and the colour quality was awful upon checking the ink levels it was very low - in 1 day. I ordered another one from you and again the quality was bad. I ordered another and thought that there was something wrong with the printer. I decided to purchase a HP colour cartridge and the printer was fine. I dont think I will use your company again”
