“We received the ink cartridges and printing paper quickly and benefitted from a deal - the paper was particularly good value. Despite warning us that the cartridges are not originals made by the printer company, our printer condescends to accept them and produce normal prints!”

“I contacted the Cartridge People about a non-functioning ink cartridge. Sheree took my call. She was friendly and polite and listened to my complaint. She made a few notes then asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. There was no quibbling and the problem was dealt with very swiftly. The replacement arrived two days later.”

“Would have been 5 Star rating if I hadn't been pestered by a call from their high pressure sales team trying to convince me to change the order to a Cartridge People own brand. When I wouldn't change the order, the call was abruptly ended.”
