“Ordered an HP toner cartridge, they rang to point out their cartridge was cheaper and reassured me on quality and that it would work and have a 3 year warranty. Changed order and refund for difference came back promptly. Cartridge arrived next day. Haven't installed it yet as old one still working.”

“Had problems getting my colour cartridge to work when I recently installed. Contacted Sheree and although the cartridge was well past the warranty date she gave me some useful hints and procedures to try at get it to work. With a bit of time and perseverence this was achieved and the printer is now up and working properly Sheree was excellent, replied in a timely manner and her information was clear and concise. I will order replacement / standby cartridges in the not too distant future”

“I have always found the staff at cartridge people to be knowledgeable courteous and as helpful as they could possibly be so my thanks to all of them particularly Louis this morning who solved a problem that I have been wrestling with for the last few days having just had a new router installed so my thanks to Louis for his help this morning”

“Very happy with my purchase. I will be using cartridge people again and will be trying their own cartridges also. Great website so ordering is easy, delivery very fast and best prices I can find for such a fab service. “very good service via phone and net but had a problem with the online purchasing....when trying to pay the OTP did not connect to my smart phone .... but it was most likely my problem ....but speaking to human being at your end made up for it Malcolm Cockell”
