“I ordered a cartridge but unfortunately I never received it. This was not the company’s fault but the courier as the package was damaged in transit with the address label unreadable. Alison at Cartridge People was excellent, her exchange of emails was very professional, she arranged the delivery of a replacement by priority post which arrived the following morning. Well done and thank you Alison.”

“Andrew is an asset to the company, he listened carefully to what I had to say and made sensible suggestions regarding the product I had bought. The product was not suitable for me and Andrew patiently explained how to process the return and promptly sent an email explaining everything. Great customer service on the part of Andrew.”

“Very happy with the after sales service from Cartridge People. I had a problem with one of a set of four laser cartridges of their own brand. It was actually the last of the four cartridges that I replaced, so it was some time after I had bought the set. I dealt with Lindsay, who answered mails promptly and helpfully - and has arranged to replace the faulty cartridge. This was the first problem I have ever had with the onw-label replacements from Cartridge People - and it re-inforced my view that they are the best in the market.”

“Ordered a genuine HP cartridge as was having problems with a previously purchased refilled cartridge. Received a call from the company, who explained the issue and recommended their own cartridge less than 1/2 tge price and explained the issues I was having with the current cartridge. He also suggested that I contact customer services to refund the cartridge previously bought. Received the new cartridge the next day and works perfectly. Great customer service.”

“Having successfully used Cartridge People for some time, I received a cartridge that for once didn't perform. Having informed the company of the problem I received a very prompt an helpful response from Si Bennett and a replacement was dispatched same day. “No wonder millions of people trust Cartridge People! I ordered colour and black ink XL cartridges from Cartride People. The colour one was fine, but the black one wouldn't print, (first time this has occurred). After contacting Cartridge People, they prompty replied, and apologised and offered a couple of suggestions to try and resolve the problem. After these didn't work they promptly apologised again and sent me another replacement cartridge free of charge without delay. Many thanks to Cartridge People for its 100% guarantee (!!), but more specifically to Rachel and Caroline W for their prompt responses, professionalism and courtesy whilst trying to resolve the problem. This is a genuine review and I thoroughly recommend Cartridge People, and will definately buy my supplies from them again and again! Once again, many thanks. Dave”
