Order placed on 5th March for next day delivery but it did not arrive until Monday 10th March. Packaging slightly squased but contents OK

Unfortunately the cartrides got lost in the post but after an email and a little bit of form signing repolacements were sent which arrived within 5 days. Cartrige people did everything they could to solve the issue quickly and i would give them 5 stars but evri who lost the package are awful.

Product and service were very good, however delivery provider was useless, delvered two days late and damaged hense only a good rateing.

Always good service, and I usually am pleased to get a Cartridge biro - but no so much a permanent marker!! So normally I'd rate you 5 stars!

Own brand now giving problems and replacement /refund process is ridiculous so wants be buying them again and considering an alternative source

I have been ordering from Cartridge People for years and am generally happy with the product value and service. Occasionally if I have a faulty cartridge they willingly replace it free of charge. Si Bennett was very helpful recently.

I had a problem recently with a faulty cartridge, the issue was dealt with most efficiently and promptly to my complete satisfaction. Even complimentary tea bags which I was not expecting but still much appreciated. A big thank you all round.

For the first time ever, courier Evri managed to damage my order for cartridges, so were unable to deliver it. Cartridge People did their usual job of prompt dispatch, and Simon Heath in customer services agreed to replace the order immediately, which is what I expected. Evri have proved disappointing, and rarely manage to deliver my orders to the right flat, even when I leave the outer door open, and not even bothering to use my intercom when they do. Why so many firms, including M&S, use them is beyond me.

Only problem was that black ink had leaked from cartridge into its plastic bag, resulting in my hand covered in black in. I mopped off the excess and fitted to the printer, but assume this loss of ink may well shorten the life of the ink cartridge. Disappointed.

Happy with product, although when placing them in machine. It took a minute or two for the printer to accept the cartridges (as they are not HP Originals)

I was pleased with the service I received although the cartridge I bought was faulty. When I reported it I was made to go through a rather tedious process to show it was faulty although it ws obvious from the start and from my description of the problem that it was faulty. However, I did as asked and , as it remained faulty, I was sent a replacement by return. Thankfully this one worked immediately. I had helpful and polite service from Marianne and then Lindsay.

Vicky at the customer service has been very thorough and concise with my email inquiry - i am a first time customer and not yet received my full order to confirm if the product quality versus price is a good value for money - but they have already impressed me on the customer service aspect of the business and thanks to Vicky!
