“Really impressed with the speed that my ink cartridges were dispatched. I liked the little gift of a notelet pad being included in the parcel. It was a nice surprise. They often have good offers on the inks which is appreciated as inks are so expensive to buy.”

“My orders have always been dealt promptly also well packaged with recycling material, envelopes provided for returning used cartridges for recycling too. Excellent customer service. Swift reply to my question from Simon Heath. I would highly recommend.”

“It always pays to read ALL the small print; I did not and failed to achieve my objective of placing an order. One call to Chris and everything was sorted. Within a few hours of my then ordering on line I received notification at 20:56 that it had been despatched. The package arrived by courier at 11:21 the following day. One cannot ask for greater attention and efficiency than that. All in all, a great experience.”
