“Cartridge People supply as promised. Delivery company EVRI ( formerly Hermes ) are not good. Twice delivered to wrong address. Hermes had a rotten reputation so they changed their name but not improved the service. Whilst Cartridge People use EVRI I will no longer use them.”

“I have used this company many times and their service, prices and products are impeccable. Sadly evri couriers leave a lot to be desired. They delivered my parcel to another house whose owners are not in/have gone away, and took a photo of it on their doorstep, wrongly proclaiming it to have been delivered to myself. Thankfully Lucy from Cartridge People's customer service department came to the rescue and sorted this mess out at record speed. She is a credit to the business and I am deeply grateful for such speedy help and support.”
