“My order was well priced and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the package became damaged and wet en route (I don't think for one second it was sent in anything less than a perfect condition), but one quick phone call resolved any issues and replacement items were dispatched immediately. Polite staff, so I won't hesitate to order again when the time comes.”

“Today I spoke to a very helpful guy named Louis, I had bought one of your replacement cartridges for my Brother laser printer, however having never changed a cartridge before I was not clear on what I had to do, I did not realise the toner and drum were in the same housing, but Louis explained the situation and emailed me some photos of the way to replace the cartridge, and the replacement cartridge just slid into place with a click and away we go, so very grateful to Louis for his help and clear guidance in how to change the cartridge. I have no hesitation in buying the various colour toners as and when they become due for changing. It’s nice to deal with a company based in the uk and even better with proper English speaking customer service people, I say this as very often at 71 I cannot always decipher what the Indian or Pakistani call centre people are saying to me, especially when I don’t know the relevant terminology. “Following a failure of one cartridge to communicate with my HP Printer - the first ever such incident in many years of purchasing this brand - I received friendly, fast and clear feedback on how to clean the printer interface and try again. When this didn't solve the problem, a complimentary replacement cartridge was posted to me, arriving the next day. Excellent service from Alison in the Cartridge People Team!”

“I had a faulty cartridge, phone in and spoke to Cazz, she couldn't have been any nicer. She sent me a message on what to try to solve the problem, which didn't work. She said that she would send out a replacement. Got it next day! Well done Cazz and Cartridge People. Excellent work. George.”

“Wonderful company, always available, so far, always have what I need and some things I did not know I needed, like decorative lights, which I now have. The prices are good, quick delivery, and I can recycle my cartridges with them, which is perfect.”

“Full refund from CP today as our new compatible cartridges were not working. Caroline from customer service was really helpful and knowledgeable. Her friendly and through approach was brilliant. She also refunded the current cartridges after checking our print quality which was an added bonus. Thank you!”
