“Two cartridges ordered and dispatched using Evri as the courier. They acknowledged having the inks but failed to deliver despite informing me, on two occasions, that they were on their way. Eventually I contacted Cartridge People who immediately dispatched replacements hich were then delivered next day. Well done Customer Service at Cartridge People.”

“As a company, we've been dealing with The Cartridge People for a number of years for all our printer and paper requirements. I think their prices and service are difficult to beat, so certainly won't be looking elsewhere in the near future. They also offer a free returns service for spent cartridges and special thanks to Louis for the link to the returns label! Keep up the excellent service!”

“So the cartridge didn't fit. Had I ordered the correct one? Had I been sent the correct ones? I'd pulled out the plastic ribbon, and removed the orange plate, but it didn't fit. Then I looked at the cartridge, and on either side was an orange plastic tab, which says "PULL". So I pulled, and what do you know, the cartridge now fits! I don't remember those tabs being there previously. Does it mention them in the instructions? Who reads the instructions? And it works perfectly. My HP printer doesn't like it. It moans about it not being one of us. But it works. And surprisingly, since it was only the yellow cartridge I changed, the red is printing correctly, without the shadow effect - for the time being. So no worries.”

“Rang Customer Services today spoke to Louise regarding a black refill that wasn’t working she suggested several proceoto attempt but after still not working she said a replacement would be sent out. Louise was very efficient & friendly.”

“Hadnt realised i had run out of hp ink for my printer right in the middle of printing something off. Cant believe how quickly my order was processed and delivered. Will certainly use this company again.”

“Fantastic service and customer support. Ordered at lunch and delivered 8.30am the next morning. Perfect cartridges for my printer with no issues in using. Clear and concise instructions with the cartridges. Bonus free return of empty cartridges. Cartridge People were recommended by a friend, I will certainly use again and highly recommend.”
