“I have used this company many times and their service, prices and products are impeccable. Sadly evri couriers leave a lot to be desired. They delivered my parcel to another house whose owners are not in/have gone away, and took a photo of it on their doorstep, wrongly proclaiming it to have been delivered to myself. Thankfully Lucy from Cartridge People's customer service department came to the rescue and sorted this mess out at record speed. She is a credit to the business and I am deeply grateful for such speedy help and support.”

“louis was just great, enthusiastically helping me down a path littered with HP caltrops, designed to wreck any attempt to use your generic cartridges in my 9010 printer. Like David and Goliath, he fed me the virtual stones to feed into my metaphoric sling . Though I was finally obliged to retreat and buy the giants printer cartridges through you, we could at least say we tried. If I gird up my loins again, I may try one of your generic cartridges and try to get it to work in my machine, now that the firmware settings have been changed. Its also good to note that the HP items I have been obliged to buy, were offered by your company cheaper than I could find on line.”

“I’m so glad I discovered Cartridge People! Instead of paying a premium for Canon cartridges, their own-brand cartridges are a total game-changer. I initially ordered the XL own-brand cartridges, but they didn’t work at first. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and they sent me a replacement cartridge the very next day—completely free of charge. The new cartridge works perfectly! What really stood out was the thoughtful customer service—they even included some tea bags as a gesture of apology, which was such a nice touch. I’m very impressed with the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service. On top of that, they offer a wide range of items beyond cartridges, including stationery, office supplies, cleaning products, and batteries. Highly recommended!”

“Great service, quick turnaround, super helpful staff! I had an issue regarding non-capatable cartridges for my printer. I spoke with Sheree who very quickly identified the issue I was having and explained to me why those cartridges wouldn't work. Great product/service knowledge! She also followed up with an email to confirm the correct cartridges for my printer, which I have now ordered. Thank you!”

“Website is easy and straight forward to use. We don't get new day delivery as we are not in the mainland UK but the products do arrive quickly. The customer services team are on the ball as I will have my VAT refund back usually within an hour of making the request. As a charity we look to save money where we can and their own brand cartridges are great and saves us money.”

“Ordered a replacement HP78 colour cartridge, arrived promptly, unfortunately defective. Advised company of problem. Courteous email from Dave, suggesting remedies, regrettably not possible. Advised Dave, prompt response with a replacement promised. Fingers crossed this will be ok!!! Cant ask for better service.”

“I have been buying from Cartridge People for a number of years as their compatible inkjet cartridges offer fantastic value for money and last much longer than the originals. Yesterday, I had a problem with a cartridge which is a very rare occurrence. I contacted customer support and Alison there was very helpful and professional. She arranged for a replacement to be sent by next day courier and sure enough it arrived today and works perfectly. I would highly recommend Cartridge People for fast delivery of great products and excellent customer service.”

“Cartridge People are a responsive and reliable company with real customer service. Deliveries (to London) are lightening-fast. They really came through on their "repair or replace" guarantee for me as a customer using their own-brand cartridges. It's not just words!
