“Rang Customer Services today spoke to Louise regarding a black refill that wasn’t working she suggested several proceoto attempt but after still not working she said a replacement would be sent out. Louise was very efficient & friendly.”

“Hadnt realised i had run out of hp ink for my printer right in the middle of printing something off. Cant believe how quickly my order was processed and delivered. Will certainly use this company again.”

“Fantastic service and customer support. Ordered at lunch and delivered 8.30am the next morning. Perfect cartridges for my printer with no issues in using. Clear and concise instructions with the cartridges. Bonus free return of empty cartridges. Cartridge People were recommended by a friend, I will certainly use again and highly recommend.”

“I have used Cartridge People for several years, mainly because their prices are excellent and I have had no trouble using their cartridges. Recently I had a problem with a cartridge that my printer would not accept. I phoned Customer Service and they took me through a process to eliminate the problem, including switching it off (at the plug) and on again. Ultimately they suggested I tried a new cartridge which I received within 24 hours and BINGO ALL WAS WELL AGAIN.”

“I received a package of ink cartridges in which one of them was broken. Using the Chatbot, I was directed to an adviser, Si Bennett, who was very efficient and helpful. He was able to send out a replacement straight away. It's a bit difficult to tell just from texting, but Si did seem polite and friendly. Thank you very much for your help.”

“A happy customer of Cartridge People for several years, I recently ordered a set of record cards and corresponding index box. I believed the box would arrive with alphabetical dividers as shown on the website; however, on delivery I discovered this was not the case. Louis was extremely helpful and immediately offered to reimburse me for the products, with a promise to highlight the issue to the appropriate team. He also suggested I keep the items to make up for the inconvenience, which was an unexpected and very kind gesture. I think this is a lovely example of great customer service, which will ensure I continue as a customer for many years to come. Well done Louis and Cartridge People!”
