“I recently purchased ink cartridges for my printer and had an amazing experience with the staff, particularly Siobhan and Vicky, who went above and beyond to help me. Initially, I ran into an issue where the cartridges provided didn’t work due to a firmware update on my printer. Despite the challenge, Siobhan and Vicky were incredibly understanding and immediately offered a replacement set of updated cartridges. They didn’t stop there — they also provided clear instructions on how to install them, ensuring everything worked perfectly. Their customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated their patience and dedication to solving the problem. Highly recommend!”
