Ordered the cannon ink cartridges but changed it to the cartridge people's own brand, the ink is just as good as the branded one.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong own brand cartridge for my Brother printer. Their telephone was not working. When ordering I had my doubts that I was not ordering the correct one. I sent a query email. A colleague at Cartridge People spotted my email and telephoed me and put me on the right path, with great patience and good will. After receiving my correct order the NEXT day I tried to load it into my printer. Silly me; when I tried to inserrt the new cartidge I had forgotten that I needed to take the drum out and put the cartridge into the drum before inserting both parts into the printer. I phoned Cartridge People (phone now working) and spoke to someone who tried to help me, but as I am an elderly lady with hearing problems I could not follow his instructions. A lady came onto the phone and after her brief instructions I immediately realised that it was my own fault I could not insert the cartridge correctly. She was very friendly and supportive and I was greatly reassured. Good Customer Service, with the right attitude. A good business cannot be successful without good customer relations. Well Done both of you! My wrong order and payment was quickly refunded and replacement order carried out pronto. My late husband used your services for many years and over the years I followed his lead, although I have reduced my printer usage nowadays.

The courier used for delivery of the order probably should not be used by you as it may well reduce sales from the bad publicity. Their service was miserable. When finally I got fed up and contacted your own Customer Support, I had an almost immediate response with reassurance about quality. Actually, it was the Canon quality that I sought and when I need replenishment, I shall consider The Cartridge People first - but only if the present courier is not assigned to me again. There's food for thought for you.

Can't fault customer service and price but concerned that I have now had two own brand cartridges where the chip didn't register in the printer and now one that has leaked.

I received my ink cartridge and thought that it was the wrong one but after I contacted the company Si gave me directions to sort this problem and it worked as advertised thanks for saving me a lot of wasted time and effort

Whilst my purchase on legitimate HP inks went as expected however, since calling Customer Service have still not received the returns label for compatibles that won't work following the locking out by my HP printer

Great Service, fast delivery, excellent customer advise!!! I will never go anywhere else for cartridges now!!! And they just saved me money by advising to use their own brand cartridges. I have never been able to use these in my printer, but theirs works perfectly, giving me more value for my money!! Thank you for offering your guarantee as this made me take the risk, which worked out perfectly for me!

it would be helpful if your login page included a password reset please, for those who have lost theirs. Your help desk (Chris) responded very promptly but I shouldn't have needed to ask him to set up the new password process

I bought 2 own Brand HP 304XL Black Ink Cartridge one was faulty so I emailed the cartridge people in 5 minutes I had a reply back from Andrew asking what the problem was from start to finish it took 30minutes to sort the issue and mow I have a new ink cartridge on the way all thanks to Andrew for a fast response. Thank you Andrew.
