“The main thing is their replacement cartridges actually work in my Brother printer. My previous attempts at buying non genuine ones have all ended in more trouble than they were worth. On this occasion one of the new cartridges had leaked a lot of toner in its bag. But I rang and Sheree was very helpful and immediately sent a replacement. The others cartridges were fine.”

“Helpful and friendly on the phone, but a shame that you arranged to deliver using Evri not Royal Mail. My parcel was left unattended on the office doorstep as delivered out of hours. We do not hold an Evri account so had no means of confirming delivery arrangements to them at short notice. You will need to advise your couriers to only deliver during office openining hours (0900-1700) or we will seek an alternativ supplier. Lucky your parcel arrived in one piece on this occasion.”
