“Alison dealt with my query, through a number of mails which, because of holiday, came at weeks apart. A replacement cartridge arrived after her diagnosis and worked first time. EXCELLENT.”

“I recently tried to replace my ink cartridges. Never before had any problems. But there was a problem with the new cartridge and I could not resolve it. I emailed Cartridge People and explained briefly my problem. I had a lovely response from Alison, who offered lots of advise. Sadly I could not sort, so, Alison arranged for a new cartridge to come to me FOC which was amazing. Unfortunately the new cartridge did not sort my problem, I purchased a new printer and now am back in action. I would like to thank Alison-I hope she gets to see this- as she was so helpful and patient with my print problem. I will return to Cartridge People for future ink. Thank you”

“I made a repeat order of some A2 paper which unfortunately arrived damaged this time, i contacted customer support and both Gemma and Vicky were incredibly helpful in organising a return and ensuring I received a refund quickly. They made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with. I will definitely be ordering from them again shortly”

“Thanks Liam for sorting things out on the Chatbox, however I cringe when I start using these things as you know that the person might be juggling several "callers" and so the "chat" goes on for ages. Probably much longer than a phone call - that's if there's a phone help line of course!! Ended up walking around the house with Laptop in arm, preparing lunch at one stage.”

“Lucy was most helpful. I only bought one cartridge through her direct, and she also dealt really well with my other queries and pointed me towards some of their printers too. After a bit of research, I later bought some more of their products online, but I’d still like to credit Lucy for this! I have used Cartridge People for many years and always found them a great company. Their customer service staff are always good, their delivery is really prompt (and we live in a rural area), and if something isn’t working properly, they will resolve without an issue. Thank you again 😊”

“The cartridges are about half the price of the original Epson ones, not the cheapest replacement cartridges but they do work very well. I had ordered the originals from Cartridge Peoplr and they suggested their own cartridges so I gave them a try and they worked very well so when the time came to replace the carteidges I went for their own brand again.”

“Always good prices and well stocked. Free delivery, when spending over a set amount, is usually quite fast but recently deliveryby Evri was anything but (just within 5 days). This is almost enough to make me look elsewhere if I experience problesm agin.”
