“Two of their own brand black cartridges for Canon MX475 failed totally. One leaked, the other didn't fit, didn't work and was recognised as incompatible by the printer. Don't buy.”

“I recently ordered from Cartridge People, and unfortunately, my parcel went missing during delivery. Despite the tracking showing it as delivered, I never received it. When I reached out to their customer service team, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided tracking details, checked GPS coordinates, and guided me through the process of investigating the issue. After confirming the parcel was lost, they quickly arranged a replacement with minimal hassle. I really appreciate their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue promptly. It’s reassuring to know they stand by their customers and take missing deliveries seriously. Highly recommend their service!”
