“Great customer service from Caroline. Black ink Cartridge people own brand cartridge was faulty. Despite carrying out a procedure which Caroline recommended, was still defective. Advised her of this & a replacement sent out that day. Received the day after & all fine.”

“We had an issue of Evri failing to deliver our cartridges before Christmas. we phoned Cartridge People and spoke to Chris. He was extremely helpful and managed to find our order and track it even although we couldn't provide him with an order number. Chris was very helpful, efficient and professional. He was able to sort the problem quickly and we will definitely use Cartridge People again.”
