“Today was the first time I have ordered from Cartridge People - I found the item I needed at a very competitive price. One I placed the order I realised that I had used the incorrect delivery address. I used the Chatbot function who put me in touch with a real person - Simon Heath. Simon super helpful and amended the delivery address for me. He was polite and prompt. Thank you for saving the day for me Simon!”

“Excellent, can't fault this company. I ordered a toner for my very old printer and it was delivered just 20 hours later at 8.30am! It's the first time I've done this but I replaced it and was printing by 9am. Very happy, thank you”

“The original delivery was quick, but I did have problems with the product I'd bought. Fortunately, Louis helped me through an immediate refund scenario - either by credit to my account or into my own bank account. I chose to credit to my account and have now ordered a different item. Good to have the choice.”

“I have used them for compatible labels for years, for various brands and types of label. The quality is always comparable to the original labels. The one time I had an issue they resolved it swiftly and satisfactorily. Simon Heath and Lindsay helped through the issue on chat in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service. I placed an order for some printer cartridges but unfortunately one item was missing from the package when it arrived. I submitted an enquiry online to report the missing item. I received a speedy reply from Alison who assured me that the matter would be resolved and it certainly was. A new cartridge arrived the following day together with a lovely gift as an apology. Very happy. Thank you Alison. Michael.”
