“The unforeseen problem with the cartridges due to my printer not being compatible with the own brand was resolved very quickly and without any queries. The problem was acted on the next day after me raising the problem via email. I was called back and was very helpful and resolved in a matter of minutes beyond my expectations. Thank you.”

“Aden was incredibly helpful. I am certainly not a technical person and was having issues finding the correct maintenance box for my printer that required replacing. As it’s a discontinued printer, trying to find out this information online was near impossible. While they did not stock the maintenance box I needed online, Aden still took the time to find out this information for me. This has saved me so much time and frustration and I’m very thankful for Aden taking the time out of his day, when not required, to assist me. I am very very grateful and would recommend cartridge people to anyone!”

“I had an issue with a replacement toner cartridge that when installed in my OKI526 the printer displayed a 938 error indicating a wrong cartridge was loaded. I contacted customer support and Lindsay got back to me straight away and helped me through some fault finding to try to resolve the issue. We could not resolve the issue so Lindsay arranged for another cartridge to be shipped to me, which I received within 2 days. Many thanks for your help on this Lindsay.”

“Exemplary customer service, as usual, from Cartridge People. My order had reached the delivery company but that company had problems actually getting it out to deliver to me. I emailed Cartidge People and received excellent prompt service from Chris. He raised a replacement order for me and this reached the next day. Thank you.”
