“I had a problem with the cartridges that I purchased as they were not compatible to my printer or were faulty, I contacted Cartridge People to advise and after one or two questions from them I was told by Lucy A, that I would have a full refund and just to recycle the faulty cartridges. This I have done and received an email to advise refund processed. Lucy made things very easy and hassle free for me and I much appreciated her help, which I did let her know. This was probably a one off and would still use this company as they were very helpful.”
