“Opened my replacement toner cartridge box to find that the labeling on box and cartridge were incorrect and that it was not compatible with my printer. A surprise as I have had many Cartridge People own brand ones over the years without a problem. A couple of emails and a few photos later a replacement has been dispatched. Great customer service, thanks.”

“Slight problem with a toner so I contacted Cartridge People who dealt with my problem with total efficiency after sending a photo of the rogue toner a replacement was on its way this was all within a few hours, I shall be ordering my next multipack from this company..”

“After ongoing problems with my Printer being unable to recognize the cartridges I'd recently installed, I decided they might be faulty and contracted Cartridge People for help. Both Gemma and Lucy have been very helpful in their responses to my emails and have arranged for replacements to be sent to me free of charge. I now have a working Printer and am very appreciative of the efficient manner in which my complaint was handled.”
