“I have recently had a problem with my laser toners. Cartridge People Customer Service, and in particular Alison, dealt with this promptly and courteously. Alison was excellent in her handling of it and the outcome was very satisfactory. I was very impressed and will go on using their services. Thank you.”

“I believe the Maintenance Cartridge you sent to me is faulty. My Canon Pro-2100 is not recongising it and keeps asking me to install a maintenance caartridge. I am unhappy with my recent purchase. Will you please send me a replacement ?”

“Cartridge People are the best. They are reliable, with a first class service without any delays. Very polite to speak to. I have been dealing with them for years and will never go anywhere else. The quality of the ink cartridges are excellent, lasting much longer than any expensive ones and are great value for money. Liam has been extra helpful today as I had managed to get ink on my upholstery and he sent instructions to remove it. It all came out. Thank you for always going that extra mile Liam and your colleagues.”

“Alison at Cartridge People was of great assistance when one of my newly purchased cartridges seemingly had a problem. Alison immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent pronto/overnight along with a posting envelopes for the old one to be returned. And, theyre cheaper than most other suppliers including HP, so why go anywhere else. Julie”

“I placed an order then received a call back and we discussed an offer. I was worried at first because when I have tried non branded ink previously it hadn't worked. But after a good discussion where all my worries and questions were answered, and with the guarantees offered I proceeded with the offer. The cartridge worked very well once it arrived. Wonderful service, I didn't feel pressured, just was better informed. Will use the service again and already recommended to my neighbour.”

“Lots of good things: Own Label Cartridges are half the price of HP ones and they are guaranteed. Cartridges arrived very quickly the next day and postage was free. When I phoned because the website would not accept my credit card the phone was answered promptly, my basket could be easily viewed and I was able to pay straight away over the phone. I don't know why the website won't accept my cards. I had the same problem last time and I have tried various cards. However, the fact that there is prompt phone back up makes it acceptable.”

“Won't be using again, Epson equivalent cartridge sizes are listed incorrectly - it states you will get a black 478xl but they send a 378xl black because a 478xl black does not exist!?!”

“Great customer service, competitive price, quick dispatch of order. The parcel, when first dispatched, was misplaced by Evri. I contacted Cartridge People via email and Rachel replied me promptly and helped me to arrange the re-dispatch. The parcel arrived next day. Great thanks to Rachel, who was very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend and will continue to order from them.”
