“Print cartridge was rejected by printer. Gemma sugested a few things to do but unfortunately they didn't work. She has arranged for a replacement item by post. Thank you Gemma.”

“For me, one of the worst times is having to buy replacement cartridges because it, usually, often, always takes a disproportionate amount of time viewing the market place to see who, on that particular occasion is selling what I want at the cheapest price, and is that with or without delivery charges? So often what I want requires spreading purchases across one or two different retailers. A pain indeed. However, on this occasion I found what I wanted, almost immediately at the best price. I placed the order, which was very quickly followed up with a marketing call, suggesting that I save money and re-order compatible cartridges. I made it clear that, whether I am right or wrong, I always buy branded cartridges. My response was accepted and the cartridges dispatched immediately. Overall, excellent service, just hope that they are the cheapest when I need to re-order.”

“My order was upgraded to try own brand of Canon inks, which are normally very expensive. So far I haven't printed much but all seems fine and my printer acknowledged them as Canon inks.”

“Problems today with replacement ink cartridges so I telephoned Lindsay. She could not have been more helpful - went through the possible solutions to the problem and advised me to phone her back if not resolved. Unfortunately no solution so messaged Lindsay again and she gave me the choice of cartridge replacement or complete reimbursement of my costs. She also apologised - although not her fault!! Excellent service from this company and staff....and Lindsay in particular..”

“Opened my replacement toner cartridge box to find that the labeling on box and cartridge were incorrect and that it was not compatible with my printer. A surprise as I have had many Cartridge People own brand ones over the years without a problem. A couple of emails and a few photos later a replacement has been dispatched. Great customer service, thanks.”
