“Service is excellent. Unfortunately the Cartridge People 950XL ink cartridge is not recognised by HP Officejet Pro 8620 printers. Hence useless. Reminds me I must beware of "compatible" product.”

“Excellent company, my cartridges were posted promptly and arrived very quickly. Inside was a bag for my old cartridges which could be recycled, all free of charge. Great. And the cartridges are just perfect. Customer service is good too as I had to ring them for advice.”

“It was very refreshing to receive a call from customer services, in particular Sheree, about my concerns that I hadn’t received genuine Canon cartridges. Having sent her the photos of the 2 different boxes she investigated, by going to the warehous to check, and she discovered that Canon are changing their packaging. This was my first order so I was very grateful to be contacted by Sheree and have my fears put to rest. I will order from them again.”

“Everything was fully explained and there is even a tracked envelope for the used cartridges. I havent yet tried the new cartridges as the existing ones have lasted somewhat longer than I thought.”

“Fast Delivery, Competitive Pricing and Excellent Customer Service. Staff are Friendly and Professional, and always happy to help. We had an issue this Month with a certain Courier losing our Order (which happens alot with this particular Delivery Company). We were sent a replacement Order straight away....and it was also shipped with a different Courier Company, to ensure our Order wasn't mislaid again! Thankyou! Would recommend this Company 100%!”
