“My orders have always been dealt promptly also well packaged with recycling material, envelopes provided for returning used cartridges for recycling too. Excellent customer service. Swift reply to my question from Simon Heath. I would highly recommend.”

“It always pays to read ALL the small print; I did not and failed to achieve my objective of placing an order. One call to Chris and everything was sorted. Within a few hours of my then ordering on line I received notification at 20:56 that it had been despatched. The package arrived by courier at 11:21 the following day. One cannot ask for greater attention and efficiency than that. All in all, a great experience.”

“LUCY WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH SORTING OUT MY RETURN OF INK CARTRIDGES, DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO BUY A NEW PRINTER AND THESE CARTRIDGES WERE OF NO USE TO US.”

“I received an order that contained an incompatible cartridge and emailed my concern. The reply from Rachel was quick and helpful but did not solve my problem. A further exchange of emails with Rachel took place and a replacement cartridge was promised. Many thanks for prompt service. Bill Askin”

“The Cartridge People were extremely helpful. I didn't have an HSBC App on my phone to confirm payment of my goods so a gentleman allowed me to pay for the goods in another way. The two cartridges I ordered are very easy to insert into my printer; and I am very pleased with the quality of printer paper I ordered.”

“Very happy. I had a problem when I first tried the coloured ink, so I emailed. I got a very quick and helpful reply from Alison, who was able to tell me what I needed to do to resolve the problem (all my fault, and easily fixable). It’s great to be able to contact a real person for help. Much appreciated.”

“Have used Cartridge People’s products for a number of years and have always been very happy - but it is not until something goes wrong that you find out how good they really are. On reporting that two of their own brand cartridges were not being detected by my printer, they, without question have supplied free of charge replacements and Simon Heath was very helpful in arranging next day delivery.”
