“We have used Cartridge People for a number of years now and have always received a good service from them. We place an order and nearly always the goods are delivered the next day. On our last order we should have got a free promotional gift which wasn't included. I contacted customer service and received a very quick response from Liam who apologised and arranged to get the gift sent out in the post to me. Thank you very much Liam.”

“I have been a customer for more than 10 years now. Cartridges, both original and generic have been great with only one failure out of dozens bought. Recently bought a replacement printer (after more than 10 years) and it was quickly delivered and we had a phone call saying : "Are you sure you don't want cartridges to go with that?" Very helpful reminder - thanks so much CP.”

“Despite emails telling us that our order was being delivered or that it had been delivered it has never actually been delivered. Several days later and searching around I found that a local business with a different name and address had taken delivery of our cartridges and put them in their store cupboard. There was no contact from anyone to say where the package had been left, not from Cartridge People, nor the van driver, nor the other business. We were open for business at all times and our name and door number are clearly prominent.”
