“After placing my order online, it got stuck in the EVRI warehouse for almost a week. I called Cartridge People and spoke to Chris. He told to me to leave it with him and he would deal with it. He then sent me out a new order. This too was stuck for several days so I called again and spoke to Caroline W. She told me she would look into it and to call back in a few days if it was still there. It actually arrived three days later. I called a third time to express my gratitude and spoke to Alison. All three representatives were courteous, listened to my dilemma and went on to resolve the situation. They are a credit to the company. Very pleased with the service provided and will continue to do business with you. However, less than impressed with EVRI so you might want to consider using another delivery company.”

“Excellent service given by them as usual. Through my own fault, I snapped the part of the cartridge which secures it in place in the printer when trying to take the orange transit tab off. I emailed & was so pleased that they will replace it for me even though they were not at fault They replied straight away, I wouldn't get my cartridges anywhere else. Thankyou”

“Gemma came to my rescue when I had a real problem trying to use a specific cartridge. It was frustrating and I really didn't think anyone would help me but wow Gemma really did. She asked me salient questions, investigated why they cartridges wouldn't work and has now solved a problem that has been sending me dotty. Thank you Gemma for your professionalism and courtesy. “Just to say a big thank you to Louise and Chris for their help today. I had an issue with a cartridge that was missing off my delivery and another cartridge that was failing to print. They dealt with both issues professionally and made sure that I was up and running with replacements as soon as they could. I always judge my company on the service we provide, and they have shown that they, on behalf of Cartridge People, care about their customers in the same way. Brilliant.”

“I always come back to Cartridge People for my replacements. They offer their own brand as an alternative to the originals at a fraction of the cost. My experience today with Chris was great. My package did not arrive as stated yesterday so I emailed Cartridge People this morning and Chris came straight back to me with some advice. Actually my package arrived shortly after that email. Thank you Chris for the prompt reply this morning. Excellent service!”
