“The order was expedited and arrived very quickly which was excellent service, however, the delivery courier, Evri, just tucked it under the outside flap of my letterbox and referred to that as being delivered to a "safe place" - I don't think so! - extremely poor customer service on their part and something for a potential burglar to keep an eye on. Hence a reduction in my rating.”

“With us only being relatively light "home users", initially we didn't think that using such a service was really worth it for us? but the savings to made, even with our low-ish use, are just too good to pass on!(So this is the second time that we have used Cartridge People.com for our ink refills). We are now buying their own brand XL cartridges for far, far less outlay than the "standard" branded cartridges! There is absolutely no difference in print standards as far aw we can tell!(neither is the printer shouting at us for not using "OE" items!) and they delivered promptly do your door! Very pleased”

“The folders were as described, they easily hold the 15 pages I needed and the sturdy covers protect the document well. I also wanted a cover that could be used to lean on when writing on your lap/when out and about and they are rigid enough for this. Delivered within the timeframe they promised. Would order again.”

“Had a delivery of 2 x cartridges one colour the other black. Fitted both but the Canon printer wasn't happy! Found that the black cartridge printed circuit had detached. Phoned the Cartridge People and Rachel responded stating their apologies and a replacement would be supplied FOC by return with a little prezzie for the inconvenience. .”
