“Cartridge People side of things, absolutely fine. However, their chosen delivery company, Evri, appalling Bearing in mind it was clearly marked Next Day, I was contacted on Three separate occasions (different days), to say my delivery was out that day, and then when we were told the delivery had been made - we received nothing. On reviewing the photo provided by Evri, it was clearly not our house. Alot of effort was put in by ourselves, and others, to try and identify where it had been deliverd to. Package eventually found, days later, on doorstep of Borley Lodge Cottage, in middle of Village, totally open to the elements. It's the third failed Evri delivery during December. In future I will try and avoid companies using Evri as their chosen delivery operator - they are dreadful. Hence low rating.”
