“There is nothing wrong with the product or ordering process it is just the fact that the delivery is poor. The Delvery company made one attmept to deliver without ringing the front door bell where I have a ring camera system, and because the package didnt fit the letter box just walked away. They then claimed they tried 3 times to deliver which is a complete lie as I have documentry proof of one visit. Very poor and I am still waiting for the cartridge which apparnetly has been returned to the yourselves. I have no way of trackin ghtis down.”

“Excellent Customer Services. Purchased some printer ink in late January. My printer died and I purchased a new printer. I returned the unopened inks having spoke to Lucy and I was reimbursed with the purchase . Happy to continue pleasant business.”
