“Our cartidges did not arrive at destination. However Rachel of customer services responded and acted swiftly and they should be here within 24hours. Well done and thanks go to Rachel. Jules”

“I had bought two HP301 Cartridges which I had not used and then my printer failed and I bought another HP which did not use the same cartridges. I used the website contact form to see whether I could swap the HP301 for the version I needed. Very quickly I received a response from Chris & Nikki to say that I could return them and receive a refund. I was asked to confirm my choice of refund before mailing them back and again, very quickly recived a response from Chris & Nikki in confirmation. In these days of so much rubbish Customer Service it is a delight to use a company which treats its customers well and communicates clearly. Well done Cartridge People.”

“Caroline responded pretty quickly to my initial message. She then asked me for the required information/images to confirm the fault, then has very quickly sorted out a refund for the faulty cartridge. Faultless service.”

“Needed a complete set of colour cartridges for my Canon printer. I took a gamble and decided to try the own brand cartridges and am very pleased I did. The cartridges supplied are of a higher yield than the original ones, quality is good and price cheaper so worked out very cost effective. Fast delivery too so very happy.”

“Amazing customer service when my cartridge was not in the list . (My printer is older model) They said they’d work it out and they did. Sent me the reference number etc.. Quick responses throughout. Quick delivery too. When I order again they’ll see which cartridge I use. I’ll recommend them every time.”

“Having experienced an irritating telephone session with my bank over payment of my bill for more cartridges I decided to opt for the "direct" route so phoned Cartridge people and spoke to Louis who was extremely helpful and directed me through the ordering process for some more cartridges for my printer. Just as well that I persevered and soon the order was on its way. Most satisfactory! Many thanks, John jessup”
