“Have bought cartridges from Cartridge People (CP) for many years and have previously always bought branded cartridges. For some reason last week, not sure why, I decided to buy CP's own brand, both black and colour. Tried the colour cartridge and it wasn't compatible with my printer. Phoned CP and spoke with Cazz who immediately arranged a refund for this one. She asked me to return the black cartridge via Evri, at CP's cost, and upon receipt she'll arrange for a refund for that one as well. Excellent service from Cazz and CP.”

“Iam disappointed with your service, because the printer ink you sent me was not full, the printer immediately after inserting the ink sent a message that there was little ink, and yesterday I had to buy a new one, I will not buy from you again.”

“I had bought generic ink cartridges for my HP printer. I had never had a problem doing this before but my printer will no longer accept non HP cartridges. The agent Louis was extremely knowledgable and investigated the problem. He explained how HP work to prevent use of non HP products. He has very kindly given me a credit. Beware using HP printers!”

“I would just like to mention the excellent customer service that I had from Lindsay at Cartridge People. I had ordered & received 4 of their own brand ink cartridges for my HP printer, they all worked fine except the yellow cartridge which seemed to have a minor fault. I raised this with Lindsay, and without any fuss she arranged for immediate replacement of the yellow cartridge.”
