“Customer service - Melanie kept in touch by both phone and email, till our printing problem was resolved. We are very grateful for her excellent customer care. Price - CP own brand cartridges perform well and are excellent value for money. Delivery and Returns - Prompt delivery, received a replacement cartridge within 24 hours when a defect was reported to CP. A recycling bag is always included, in this particular case being used for returning the defective cartridge.”

“I've always had very good service from Cartridge People. Recently I bought a generic toner for a very old HP printer. Sadly HP don't make them any more. My previous generic toner from Cartridge People was excellent so I expected this one to be too. Sadly it was an awful print quality. However, I've just had a brilliant conversation with Andrew who gave me some tips to try and solve the issue. When they didn't make any difference he immediately offered to replace the toner. I'm very grateful for this. Thank you.”
