“Delivery with Evri still hasn't happened. They should have delivered last Friday. I was out but my husband was in and the porch door wasn't locked. They said they had had an issue but didn't indicate what it was. Their contact didn't allow me to make any suggestion. I suspect that because we are a rural community our post code covers several spread out houses and that they went to the wrong house.”

“I've been feeding my Brother DCP-197C Inkjet printer on Cartridge People's own-brand ink for well over ten years. The products are always excellent and store well. Ordering and delivery is smooth quick and reliable. And you don't pay manufacturer's rip-off prices. What more can you ask for?”

“Marianne has been an absolute joy to deal with. I’ve ordered a replacement ink cartridge and decided (as I usually do) to chose Cartridge People own branded ink. My Epson printer never rejected their cartridges but in this case it did. Marianne responded in a timely manner (same day) and provided me with a very detailed step by step guide to resolve my issue. Unfortunately after following all steps to a T I’ve not succeeded. After replying to Marianne she offered me a replacement quoting their 100% warranty on all of their own branded products. I’m absolutely overwhelmed by such a great service. I highly recommend Cartridge People and sending a big Thank You to Marianne. 5 Star”

“My order was well priced and delivered quickly. Unfortunately the package became damaged and wet en route (I don't think for one second it was sent in anything less than a perfect condition), but one quick phone call resolved any issues and replacement items were dispatched immediately. Polite staff, so I won't hesitate to order again when the time comes.”

“Today I spoke to a very helpful guy named Louis, I had bought one of your replacement cartridges for my Brother laser printer, however having never changed a cartridge before I was not clear on what I had to do, I did not realise the toner and drum were in the same housing, but Louis explained the situation and emailed me some photos of the way to replace the cartridge, and the replacement cartridge just slid into place with a click and away we go, so very grateful to Louis for his help and clear guidance in how to change the cartridge. I have no hesitation in buying the various colour toners as and when they become due for changing. It’s nice to deal with a company based in the uk and even better with proper English speaking customer service people, I say this as very often at 71 I cannot always decipher what the Indian or Pakistani call centre people are saying to me, especially when I don’t know the relevant terminology.
