“Regarding the planning of the order and delivery; could not fault. After planning the order, on the other hand, I was surprised at what happened next. I received an email straight after planning the order, stating we NEED to talk to you about your order, please contact this number. It was a sales scam. I was offered a set of replacement cartridges, not original, but compatibles. And if I ordered them directly, they would be at the bargain price of, if memory serves me, £62. For one set. Typically, one set, should be around &10. That is pressure selling, intended to catch people off guard, and is reprehensible behaviour. It had soured any potential relationship I may have had with them in the future.”

“As always, the response was fast and efficient. The only problem I have is that having been told that my inks were despatched on 7 Feb, EVRI took a full 7 days to deliver them which I feel is unacceptable. I realise this is not the fault of Cartridge People but maybe they should use a different courier in future.”

“Delivery, cost and quality are excellent. However having ordered an own brand black cartridge high capacity the size is the same as an ordinary cartridge. It is claimed the new high capacity cartridge has the same amount of ink as the oldcartridge. Being sceptical I will judge when the number of copies produced are the same.”

“Always very helpful and delivered on time and deal with my complaints very well very friendly customer service . I would like some one to please contact me as I have recently received two ink cartridges from you of which the 300xl Black came in the box but was not in the sealed plastic cover and had no plastic cover or the sealed strip in place the cartridge would not work on my printer . I would like a replacement please as I am using my spare one . Thanks.”

“I had a problem with my printer and Sheree was most helpful. As I'm aged 80 and in my dotage, she very carefully helped me through the process of clearing a blockage in my cyan printer-head. And now it's all clear. I have to say that Sheree is a credit to your company and is a very caring lady.”
