“Always very helpful and delivered on time and deal with my complaints very well very friendly customer service . I would like some one to please contact me as I have recently received two ink cartridges from you of which the 300xl Black came in the box but was not in the sealed plastic cover and had no plastic cover or the sealed strip in place the cartridge would not work on my printer . I would like a replacement please as I am using my spare one . Thanks.”

“I had a problem with my printer and Sheree was most helpful. As I'm aged 80 and in my dotage, she very carefully helped me through the process of clearing a blockage in my cyan printer-head. And now it's all clear. I have to say that Sheree is a credit to your company and is a very caring lady.”

“I managed to remove too many protective strips from a pair of cartridges for my HP deskjet. It was my fault and when I queried what could be done about the still full cartridges, Cazz arranged to send replacement cartridges the same day. I have just received an email from the courier saying they have my package. There was no charge. Fantastic customer service. I cannot praise Cazz highly enough. Thank you”

“I have been using this company for a number of years for my Epson printer, and I have never had a problem. My husband asked to order cartridges for his HP printer at a cost of over £100. I told him to order them from Cartidge people, and the cost was around £35. He was dubious that they would work, but after a telephone call with a lovely customer service person we ordered them and they work just fine. He is really happy, and they arrived the following day after the order. Would strongly recommend this company.”

“Very good customer orientated company. I bought some Cartridge People own brand ink for my HP printer, but the cartridge was rejected due to having HP+ enabled on the printer itself. With HP+ enabled (which sounds good but isn't), the printer only allows you to use original HP brand cartridges - these are much more expensive and is daylight robbery from HP. Their printers may seem cheap, but they more than make up for it by forcing you to use their HP expensive ink. So you have two options: buy only expensive HP brand ink for your printer - or sell your printer and give the same problem to someone else. Thanks HP for ink trapping me, I will never buy one of your printers again. To try and resolve this, I reached out to The Cartridge People customer service. I was greeted by Gemma, who was polite, professional and prompt with replies. Gemma took me through some trouble shooting steps to try and get the ink cartridge to work. But due to my HP printer being updated (automatically) which ensures no other ink apart from HP original can be used, the own brand cartridge just kept being rejected. Gemma, from The Cartridge People customer service resolved this by arranging a full refund for the cartridges. Thanks a lot for your help Gemma. NOTE TO ALL - if you have HP+ enabled on your printer, you will only be able to use HP original ink cartridges and any other cartridge will be rejected. To check if HP+ is enabled, go to your HP smart app and if you will have an orange banner at the top and it says HP+, then you do have it enabled - therefore HP have you by the balls.”
