“was satisfied with my new car that i exchanged , on 29/06/21, but did have to wait for over 2 hours for the car to be valeted , but have had to contact dundee branch to have my car booked in , to have the the driver side door sorted as not opening when try to use keyless entry .”
“We had a great service from the assistant retail manager Daryl Howie who gave us his personal details for aftersales care rather than going through the team. This proved valuable as the handover team were not to the same standards as Daryl. There were missed dates when we were told the car would be ready then received calls prior to attending to say it was not ready. Daryl stepped in to improve the communications with the handover team. This went well but unfortunately we had driven only 2 miles when the tyre pressure waring light came on. Back to store and mechanic had the pressures corrected and reset the warning.”
