“Bobby was very helpful and efficient when helping me get my new car (5 star) however the aftercare team who are supposed to make sure the car is 100% prepared and drivable didn’t do as good a job as it has since been back to get fixed twice since I collected it 5 days ago!! Something you shouldn’t expect to happen when you are purchasing a car from such a high profile car store. Overall, I’m very happy with the car I chose and the excellent customer service I received from Bobby and the lovely Laura at the reception desk.”

“I am happy to have this opportunity as the service we received at the Peter Vardy Dundee showrooms was excellent From the moment we stepped into Reception we felt welcomed and important to all who dealt with us. Mr Bob Millar went out of his way to get us the car we were looking for and took it upon himself to make sure all our requirements and enquiries were taken on-board. My husband has been quite ill recently and the patience shown to him was very much appreciated. All-in-all a very pleasant experience which I intend to pass on to friends and family thinking of replacing their car.

“Bobby Millar was my salesman and couldn’t fault the guy in anyway shape or form . Very professional from start till finish. The things that I was disappointed in was the handover experience. Meant to be at 5pm but had too take the car half valeted with wet seats at 6:30pm even tho I was told the car was ready for me to pick up at 5pm. I will be calling Bobby later tomorrow in regards of a few issues with my car.
1. Oil has 17% life
2. Rear window wiper blade torn
3. Refurb of alloy ( which I’m aware of and need to make appointment) .
But Good job Bobby keep it up.👍🏻”

“I found my time in the car store was very informative and positive. Gordon my sales person was very nice and helpful, he talked through everything and answered my questions well. It was an enjoyable experience.
I would also like to say that Val my handover person was very friendly and informative and again answered all my questions in a helpful manner.
My overall experience was great.
Unfortunately I did have to wait some time to take delivery of my car over the allotted time. However that was not a huge problem as it was explained why and everyone at the car store were very helpful and friendly.”

“It was very good on the day, but we unfortunately never got our car on the day we were supposed to due to adim error. We had to have the car delivered, Then the next day the car unfortunately went into limp mode and we had to bring the car back to the store, but apart from that it was okay.”
