“Due to a accident I had to look for a new car. As I was not expecting to be looking for cars I was a bit unsure of what I wanted. We went to Peter Vardy and was introduced to Tom. Tom showed us around the showroom, pointing out the different sections. He asked lots of questions to help narrow down my search, brought lots of cars for test drives and he was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we had a laugh along the way as well. He was incredibly patient with me and very knowledgeable and understanding. It definitely all helped me immensely.”

“Original salesman Daryl was very helpful and informative and kept in good communication with me until the car was picked up, however the handover team was dismal, no care, just a number, not given equal treatment to others, wasn’t given the opportunity to read the signed docs as advisor said she was too busy and had other customers waiting. It was dreadful, I will not shop at Peter Vardy again because of the poor aftercare you receive at Dundee, which I have complained about previously but as usual these reviews are not given to the manager or the manager will not act on negative reviews. Very poor!”

“On arrival we were immediately welcomed by the manager who took care of us throughout our visit. We purchased a car and even had it delivered to our home address. The sales staff were extremely friendly and obligingly. All in all a very satisfying experience. We would certainly buy from the Dundee store again”

“Had to buy a car asap.it was the only place I thought of.ive delt with guys here before.from the minute I walked in it was a great experience.daryl was on the button for the go.i was kept up to date with everything that was going on.every member of the team took time to speak to me from first time to the minute I left with my car.
