“I bought these shades to protect children from the sun whilst in the car. Despite fitting the windows well and staying in place they create very little shade. We have ended up buying much cheaper alternatives.”

“My wife was not happy at the idea of tints so i decided on shades. I am glad to say that these are fantastic...once you fit the first it is easy to do the rest and the result is excellent. My wife loves them. Thanks for a 5 star product.”

“I ordered a full set of car shades for my BMW and they are fantastic! They were delivered promptly and the fitting was so easy to do. They fit like a glove and make my car look brilliant and the shades are so practically effective, especially with the kids. Great buy. Well done car shades!”

“Shades for the model I ordered didnt fit. Sent back and still awaiting a refund months later - no way to contact the company directly to follow up. £100 down the pan!!”

Hi Phillippa - as per our previous update we were very concerned by the feedback and have managed to locate your order on our system. After your correspondence with our customer services team in September, we received your Car Shades back to our factory that wasn't for the correct model of your car, and a full refund of £65.99 was issued on the 5th of October back to your original payment method. Therefore, if you could please check your original payment method to make sure it has landed that would be appreciated. Thank you Car Shades

“Lockdown project 2020: Smarten-up a couple of ageing Mk2 Ford Focuses. Completely failed with several attempts to get acceptable results with tint film on rear windows with much swearing and wasted money. It just wasn't going to happen. Abandon tint. Came across these shades online, ordered, and immediately got a far better result. Painless to install and remove again for window cleaning. Looks every bit as good (if not better) from the outside and inside in my opinion. We also use with expandable window gates with windows half open for the dog which works well (Dog still not dead). Rear blind still allows a rear-view dashcam to see through it. Partner liked them so much I was cajoled into buying a 2nd set for her. They're not really any more expensive than a set of decent pre-cut tint films, but about 1000,000 times less annoying to fit! Don't waste your effort on the films, go for these instead.”

“As we have 2 dogs 🐕 I loved these to keep them cool during the summer, also give you a degree of privacy as well. Very easy to fit to the windows and great quality as well ! Would definitely recommend to all, price i think is very reasonable too !!”

“I was in 2 minds ether get film for my windows or shades. I'm really glad that I opted for Car Shades. Very quick delivery, well packaged, even comes with a handy bag to store them in should you need to. Very good instructions and easy to fit. They have been in my car for over 4 months now and still glad I chose Car Shades. The website was easy to navigate and order from, emails were informative and there was not too many. Overall excellent product and service.”

“Fitted the set to my Mercedes B Class , every panel fitted like a glove, i was also very impressed with the build quality , and had them all fitted in under 10 min. Great sun protection for my Dogs that travel in the back, but what i like the most is being able to have the windows down and the shades stay in place, no sun , no insects, just the fresh air. This was one purchase i was so glad i made.”

“I was a little apprehensive spending such a large amount of money on a set of shades but I must say there worth every penny. I've seem the shades that fit over the top of the door / windows and spend most of there life half in half out the car and was not keen on these especially with the current covid issues and some that are just a randon square that sticks to the inside meaning you cant open & close the window so to be honest are not the best as the sun moves around when driving so constantly need adjustment so thought I would bite the bullet and invest the extra and try these and I'm so glad I did, They fit perfectly on each window (I went for the full set back and sides) and they even work with a little tweek with my rear camera, they are easy to fit and remove if wanted and even work as a little extra privacy, the windows all still work perfectly and no chance of little fingers poking out when there being shut. Our little one can still see through them so it doesnt block his vision of the outside world so perfect all round. Overall I would highly recommend them, they may cost more but there a whole lot better than most of the shades on the market right now.”
