“I did find it very difficult to fit the clips to the shades, in fact only the rear doors shades have the clips on as I will need some help from someone with stronger fingers. Having said that I’ve got all the shades fitting snugly in the appropriate windows and am sure they’ll provide a little privacy when I go car camping.”

“Great product, I initially ordered a full set of shades to keep the children cool in the back. This comes with the added bonus of making car darker so they can sleep in the car on bright days. I also use my car to move a lot of high end musical instruments and equipment around. I like the added layer of security provided by the shades. Aftersales support is also excellent, I needed some replacement metal clips as a few had got lost when the shades were off the car. I got a friendly reply from the team straight away.”

“Je ne mets jamais d’avis sur internet et encore moins négatif mais la c’est surement le seul moyen qu’il me reste pour avoir une réponse à ma réclamation. J’ai acheté récemment le pack arrière pour une BMW Série 3 modèle G20 de 2019. Je connaissais déjà la marque ayant mit des pare-soleil sur la voiture de ma conjointe et étant totalement ravis de ceux-ci. Mon dieu que fût ma déception pour les miens… Pas du tout mais alors pas du tout adaptés à la voiture !!! Je me demande même si avant de les mettre en vente, ils ont été essayé sur le modèle… Ils sont pour ainsi dire inutilisable car plus que difficile à mettre en place et ne tiennent pas lors de l’ouverture d’une vitre… J’ai donc envoyé 2 messages au SAV qui restent sans réponses et ce n’est pas normal du tout. J’espère que mon commentaire changera cela et que la société CarShades fera ce qu’il faut… Numéro de commande : 3317212 I never put an opinion on the internet and even less negative but it is probably the only way I have left to have an answer to my complaint. I recently purchased the rear pack for a 2019 BMW 3 Series model G20. I already knew the brand that put sun visors on my wife's car and was totally delighted with them. My god what was my disappointment for mine... Not at all but then not at all suitable for the car !!! I even wonder if before putting them on sale, they were tried on the model... They are virtually unusable because more than difficult to set up and do not hold when opening a window ... So I sent 2 messages to the after-sales service that remain unanswered and it is not normal at all. I hope my comment will change that and CarShades will do the right thing... Order update : 3317212”

“Car Shades customer's service absolutely brilliant clip fell out my fault I think. Emailed office and orded some more. Shade are brilliant to baby and dog happy. These are the second lot I have brought in 3 months as I have just upgraded the car.will definitely buy them again, would not be without them”

“Car Shades customer service absolutely brilliant as are the shades themselves. Had my shades for years and unfortunately a couple of the clips have broken, called for replacements and sending out to me straight away, should I change my vehicle will definitely buy them again, would not be without them.”

“Purchased the rear door set of car shades for my Volvo XC60 (2020 model) and they fit perfectly! I made the purchase on the evening of May 30th and they were dispatched the very next day and arrived promptly. Fitting was easy following the instructions, made a few adjustments to get them to sit properly and they look great. Rear windows can wind down and the blinds stay sitting in place. Very happy with the customer service from Car Shades and will be purchasing a set for my wife's car.”

“Purchased rear side window shade set for a Volvo V40 CC 2012 to 2019 model. Fit and coverage is very good but not quite perfect. However, the shades look good in the car. One of the frame clips (4 supplied, 2 for the top on each side) broke while installing. I simply emailed the company using the standard contact sales email address and a pack of clips (one needed and 5 spares arrived the next day in the post). Overall, very good service and product. The shades are quite expensive but they do look like they are made for the car.”

“I have acquired three sets of shades from this company through eBay and have been thoroughly satisfied. I had lost several clips for one of my rears so I contacted the company direct through email. I received a lovely reply from Ben who sent me a full set foc. I am so happy with the swift and witty response to my request very sobering in the present climate. Again I can’t thank Ben enough and will as always recommended your company and will almost certainly use you again.”
