“As a previous purchaser again I would give the product 10/10, however I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of the products by the courier service that Carshades have used. I am in Ireland and last time I had my order within 7-10 days.. this time i was hit with a €27.90 customs charge (thanks Brexit) and it took a ridiculous 4 weeks with a journey via Germany ?? instead of direct Uk to Ireland.. I understand customs charges are out of Carshades hands but they still should make it clearer to the customer during the checkout process of the charges and delivery times (4+ weeks) with their current couriers.”

Hi Don - thank you for your feedback and we do appreciate your frustrations. We have taken your comments on board and are reviewing how the information is displayed, however unfortunately as yet there is no consistency from different countries when charges are applied making it difficult to provide accurate customer information. However, we'll of course update our information accordingly as things progress and we get clarity. Thank you again for your comments.

“Great for the XC90 in the very rear and boot spaces. Lacking flexibility and some security on the sides (kids seats) with one shade falling out within a week of use. Shade quality great but less convinced about the clips are going to last more than the summer.”

“Hi CarShades, as you will see by the photos the fit of your profiles are very poor with gaps all the way round. This is such a shame because the quality of the product is great and your ordering to delivery service was excellent.”

Hi Del - thanks for the images to show us the issues you are facing as clearly these aren't quite fitting right. Firstly could we check that your Car Shades have the required clips fitted to them as there are 2 x ML13 clips that should be applied to the bottom edge of the passenger door shades that has a 'step' in the clip which should pull the Car Shade slightly inwards and up which may resolve your issue? As for the tailgate Car Shade, again if we can just check that the clips have been applied as per the fitting instruction as that should again hopefully allow the Car Shades to fit tight against the trim. “I'm finding it almost impossible to fit the clips to the shades for the Port/starboard shades, they simply won't fit over the rim of the shade. Advice please, 🤔”

“The product is of good quality and fits well. The shipping to Estonia was an awful experience. I had to send emails and proofs to Germany via email to get the customs and last mile shipping sorted. And the delivery took 3 weeks in total. I suggest you look jnto DHL and offer it with correct shipping estimates. (The product was sent out in 2 days, but it does not matter if it arrives in 3 weeks).”

“Very fast delivery, four of the six fitted pretty well. The triangular rear window blinds didn’t fit at all, but we bought for shade not for appearance so not a big deal for us.”

“Hi got them on the Tuesday which was good and fast as I ordered them on the Sunday which was good but when going to put them on they a bit to big as they don’t quite fit and then the clips to hold it keep on coming of so that needs sorting out if that is would be good and then they would be Worth the money 💰 but as it they are not at the moment because for 86.00 + that is a lot thanks nigel”

“Look the part but can’t believe for £40 the poor quality! The blinds keep popping off our VW sharan already and our children have no protection from the light. Not a happy customer!”
