“Tom was my technician. He showed up right at 8:00 a.m. as I requested. He was extremely professional, and used great care in not banging up my freshly painted floorboards or walls. I had some concerns of some stains, and he tested them and treated them in the most cost effective way possible. I appreciate that he didn’t try to blow my budget on unnecessary cleaning processes. I would recommend them and would use their services again.”
