They send multiple reminders , confirmation on the day, contact by cleaning staff on the day and with no toxic chemicals make a rug with hundreds of tiny shoe marks look like new . The staff members that do the cleaning are very professional.”

The only thing I wasn’t very happy with was the urine smell that is still on my sofa skirt at the bottom that I had cleaned. I thought it would be better than that.”

I had 2 employees come and they were nice and cleaned my carpet in a timely manner. Most of the carpet was dry by the end of the day and it smelled clean and soft. I would totally recommend.”
