“They did an excellent job removing a tough stain that had been there a long time. Came on time and worked efficiently. Was a little concerned about a lack of protection from water on my hard wood floor as they worked. Would use them again though.”

“Had good service yesterday. The carpets were all beautifully clean and sofas etc to a reasonable standard. It wasn’t cheap but I would use the company again. Krasen worked hard and had pride in his work.”

The only thing that could have been better was communication by Carpet Bright UK to let me know the technician was going to be very late to our appointment. I had to call their head office twice to get information.”

“They did a great job communicating and explaining the process. We were able to find exactly what would be best for the job. The clean job was good but there was still some small ink stains that they were unable to remove. I would use them again as their customer service was excellent.”
