“Wow what can I say just purchased a pink and grey water bottle for myself and my husband. From our local store.
Charging was very quick and they give off a lot of heat.
Loving the hand muff part as our hands always feel like ice.
We are really impressed can also use on back etc.

“I have recently purchased a CARMEN Rechargeable Hot Water Bottle and am VERY pleased with it. It heats up to a beautifully warm, but not too hot, temperature of - I read 60-70°C - and keeps the warmth. And it is lovely to cuddle!
The box mentioned a 3 full year guarantee but this was after going online. Unfortunately, the store where I purchased it did not seem to be recognised, but I sent an email with all the details, and the Team Manager from Carmen Customer Services did all the rest! He sent me the necessary certificate for 3 years.
So - all this definitely requires a 5 star review. Thank you, CARMEN. As always, an excellent manufacturer who ticks ALL the boxes!”

“My partner brought me the 3 in 1 set for Christmas which included straighteners, curling tongues and a hair dryer. The hair dryer is powerful and the straighteners are as good as any that are four times the price. I've yet to try the curling tongues but my daughter has used them (who incidentally is called Carmen!) and said they are wonderful. I would recommend this product.”
