“I suffer from cold hands and cold feet due to medication I was prescribed. A hot water bottle seemed a good solution.
I discovered the Carmen rechargable version.
No worry about having to boil water and filling. It charges in about 15 minutes. Keeps my hands warm ( by using the built in muff)while sitting in the armchair, stays hot for hours. Quick reheat at night for bedtime comfort.

“My carmen Twilight Hairdryer which I love because of the size and was easy to use , has developed a fault , it gets hotter and hotter and glows as if it’s on fire then turns off , I have the receipt but because it is over a year old the Factory shop said I’d have to send it back to you .
I would appreciate your advice”
