“Paid extra for the “better quality” on offer expecting something of a wow factor when they came. Disappointed to see that they were nothing special, no different in quality to the entry level that I had bought 4 years before from another company. Live and learn”

“This new set of mats are lovely and fit well. Just sad I had to buy new after previously buying mats with the fixings because I was told the HRV car comes with fixing even though I sent photos!! So nice mats but at double the cost because I was misled”

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your mats, I can see that you have bought the version of the mats without fixings from ourselves but I can't see an order for a version with fixings. If you did purchase the version with fixings from ourselves then please let us know as you can most-likely return these for a refund.

“Firstly I'd like to say the mats feel very good quality and the actual fit themselves as far as shape is concerned is perfect. the problem lies within the holes for the fastenings, they are in the wrong place on both the drivers and the passenger ones....I can live with it as I didn't unfortunately click guaranteed fit replace etc I just entered my reg and model etc and thought they would be correct as far as I know there's only 2 types. Anyway as it is they may stay in place with only one clip attached.”

“Bought rubber car mats. Very good quality rubber and am very happy apart from one thing. The smell is overpowering. Had them in one day and had to take them out. Have washed with various detergents and so far have left outside for 2 weeks. The smell is very slowly getting better. I might get them in the car in a couple of months. Shame really cos really nice quality.”

We offer 5 qualities of carpet mat, Motor being our thinnest all the way up to our extremely thick Elite mats. Based on your feedback I think you would have been happier with a higher quality of mat than Motor.

We do not process wheat in our factory, perhaps a squirell decided to stash some in the bag enroute. Otherwise I'm not sure how this ended up in the bag. Our rubber mats do have a slight rubber odour which will fade over time, if this issue persists then please do let us know.

“Purchased car boot liner for Audi Q5, unfortunately my vehicle is fitted with sliding seats in the back which I never noticed until I tried to fit bootliner. Your guidelines states they do not fit vehicle fitted with sliding seats. You know what. I just moved seats forward and bootliner fits perfect. I can easy moved seats back and just move liner if required. So it will be suffice for protecting the boot area.”
