“ Car mats tin. Trim done but job is not nice. Driver mat is to sort I paid 80 euro for it mats like this I can bay in any shop for 30 euro . I ordered super ones but got budged ONS. Not happy. Looking for refund. Please contact me ”

“ The Mats have a terrible smell and the embroidery is not very neat, we had to remove the mats from our car as the smell was very overpowering, when we asked for a refund we were told to leave the mats out of the car for an additional day and try to wash them with soapy water! we had already left them out for three days! we are trying to get a refund but the communication from Carmats is not very consistent making us worry when we will get our money returned. ”

“ Ordered Rubber mats & Boot liner for my Audi, they arrived at my office while I was out for the day, I came the next day & the smell of burnt rubber was so overpowering I had to remove them from the office 48 hours later the smell is just as bad, requested a credit had a reply to say leave them outside for 24 hours, return/refund wasn't offered, I have requested credit again, Car mats are yet to reply, not the best customer service experience so far. ”
