In fairness the fitting error was my fault ! The returns process was complex involving me taking a couple of sets of photos, speaking to three different people, Elliott, Dan and Amy and about ten emails ( I tried phoning but it took ages to get through and I never managed it) .

Perfect fit, appear to be really good quality, exactly as described, only grumble is that I bought floor mats and boot liner and they were dispatched separately, and when only 1 parcel arrived I was furious thinking I had only got a boot liner, customer service were quick to reply and let me know my order was shipped in 2 parcels, would have saved my stress if they had said that up front.
