I ordered mats for two cars and both sets when they arrived were wrong. On one the driver's side was upside down and on the other they did not fit the identified car. Their returns policy is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. And delivery was slow too. Hopeless.

In fairness the fitting error was my fault ! The returns process was complex involving me taking a couple of sets of photos, speaking to three different people, Elliott, Dan and Amy and about ten emails ( I tried phoning but it took ages to get through and I never managed it) .

Im very disappointed that I ordered the rubber mats with the BLUE EDGING but what came was all black with black edging.
Even though I got a ÂŁ9 refund I wish now I had sent the mats back because it's not what I ordered and I accepted second best

Not the best experience bought the elite car mats fo a Peugeot 2008 paid for them to check they fitted my car and next day delivery got them promptly but didnât fit (not sure what the point for them to check they fitted was) also when taking the wrong fitting mats out the fixings broke took 10 days to get the right fitting mats would of taken longer if I hadnât complained wish I had of spent my money else where least they could of done is refund the next day delivery and the check the mats would fit!!! And not put the taking branding on the mat that wasnât in the pics the second time around apparently itâs not possible but itâs added during the stitching would of been very easy to leave that off to improve my experience look elsewhere would be my advice
