“ I ordered mats for two cars and both sets when they arrived were wrong. On one the driver's side was upside down and on the other they did not fit the identified car. Their returns policy is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. And delivery was slow too. Hopeless. ”

“ In fairness the fitting error was my fault ! The returns process was complex involving me taking a couple of sets of photos, speaking to three different people, Elliott, Dan and Amy and about ten emails ( I tried phoning but it took ages to get through and I never managed it) . ”

The other set were for a Morgan plus 4, unfortunately, it has the organ throttle and no cut out was provided in the mat to accommodate this. I contacted carmats and the issue was dealt with swiftly with a full refund so no complaints. Something to be aware of if ordering Morgan mats, their 4/4 mat has the throttle cutout, the plus 4 doesn't. ”

“ I asked for that to be refunded to me and they would only give store credit (which I don’t need as I’ve already bought the car mats) they then just gave me the old T&Cs line and said they can’t refund me as it isn’t their fault. ”
