“ I ordered mats for two cars and both sets when they arrived were wrong. On one the driver's side was upside down and on the other they did not fit the identified car. Their returns policy is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. And delivery was slow too. Hopeless. ”

“ In fairness the fitting error was my fault ! The returns process was complex involving me taking a couple of sets of photos, speaking to three different people, Elliott, Dan and Amy and about ten emails ( I tried phoning but it took ages to get through and I never managed it) . ”

I was advised by customer services that it was because my car model offered a larger boot size than the standard and therefore was not suitable. I have returned this but received no further acknowledge or refund within the 10 working days advised. Far from impressed! ”

“ Only when trying to track the order did I find this was a different order I'd placed and the order I was chasing was still not in production - and was never going to be as they don't have a pattern for the mats!!! They've now cancelled the order, over 3 months after taking my money, and will have to process a refund - which may take another week!!! That's not good enough and if I hadn't chased, they'd have kept the money and no mats would have ever materialised. ”
