“I didn't have any direct communication with any of the team but my online order was processed quickly. I am really pleased with the quality of my car mats and boot liner, including the original fixngs for the front car seat mats. I did order rubber mats and these did smell a fair bit for a couple of days but this is fading now and as I walk and get shoes muddy this seems like a great solution. Thanks!”

“I ordered mats for my van which I received quickly. However, the heel pad had not been attached squarely. An email to CarMats quickly sorted this out and a new mat was quickly dispatched, and I could keep the original. First class service and Dan Smith was a pleasure to deal with. The mats look really smart in the van.”

“Sorry to say, but these mats stink to High heaven, I have washed with warm soapy water, left outside in the garden for 2 weeks now. Took into house, filled bath with couple of inches warm soapy water, added nice smelling floor cleaner, added nice smelling fabric conditioner. Now hanging on airer to dry & I am being overcome with fumes! My nose & throat are seriously under attack from this vile odour. I cannot imagine ever getting these into my car, probably too late for a refund now. I did what they suggested & washed & left to air, not a bit of difference. Is there anything to counteract this acrid rubber smell?”

“Purchased a set of mats for my Mk7 transit van, as it needs a bit of tlc in the cab. These mats gave it a more warm cosy feel, making it a more comfortable place to be on the long commutes to and from work. Exceptionally fast delivery, well priced and very good quality. 10/10 guys!
