Ordered may 16th. Didn’t arrive until June 11th. I ordered the upgraded mats. They are poor quality and ridiculous lead time. Never again.

I wouldn't trust or buy from this company! You don't receive what you think you bought! And then on inspection you realise that they hide in their fine print the fact that they can actually just sent you what they want based on their own availability. When I highlighted to them that this is actually not clear to their customers, they just stuck to their guns that this is somewhere on their website so therefore it is clear - i.e. We are right and the customer is wrong and we won't accept the customer's perspective. The inability to listen to your customers and to consider perhaps that your customers might have a point, or the reluctance to fix something when a customer gave you a chance, is why I am writing this review. So that I can tell other customers exactly who they are dealing with! Do you really want to deal with a company that has no integrity? Well, I don't and will never deal with them again. [PS: I will check if my review make it on your website, as I have a funny feeling that it won't.]

Hi Werner Thank you for your order & for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the rubber mats you've received. We promdimently supply our rubber mats using the penny design as mentioned but occassionally send out checker plate design when we are out of stock of penny. We do mention this under the description of the rubber mats, we'll see if we can make this any clearer based on your feedback. Our team offered to exchange the mats for you but you had started using the mats so this option was not available.

I’ve got to be honest , mats arrived poor quality ,for my Mini convertible ,The stitching was bad , looks like a beginner had made the mats . No fixings as advertised. The £10 set I took out of my car to put the new ones in were far better quality . POOR POOR POOR !

I had hopes these would be as good as the reviews seem to imply, however it turns out the cheap Amazon £20 ones are of a superior quality and yet half the price. I ordered rubber mats for winter use and they arrived today, annoyingly every single one has multiple issues of poor stitching, poor finishing etc. Absolutely appalling quality for the price and it's as if 0 quality control exists and was done on these. I have emailed regarding how to resolve this as I am not happy with this quality for the money.

Slow delivery. Arrived one piece mat advertised as four separate no return info, expensive delivery rather than return I used fabric hy shape and cut myself to cover existing mats and only got two mats totally useless waste of money -

I ordered the rubber car mat for my Mazda 3. It is a good fit but the smell is too much. The rubber smell has transferred to my work coats and so I have had to have them cleaned. I left the mat outside for a few days and the smell is still just as bad!

I ordered a set for my Maxus T90 they took an eternity to arrive and I was not at all impressed with the fit, I asked to return and was quickly sent a returns number but 2 weeks after having received my return I am still chasing my refund. I would avoid!!

Smells very badly, I been keeping matts Outside for two weeks and smell still Does not disappear Can not use them at all

As this hasn't faded, our team have arranged for a replacement set of our Super car mats to be sent out to you as a replacement for the rubber mats you have received.

Smell very bad, you can not keep them in the car, the smell is so toxic they have been on the balcony for two weeks now, and still smell very badly I am hoping the smell will disappear one day Don’t serve the purpose unfortunately

I ordered mats for my BMW, was assured they were being professionally made to measure and hand finished. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to arrive, only to find the 2 front mats were a very poor fit. The mats were obviously not bespoke to my BMW despite giving all the information, make model and year of manufacture. Disappointing and will not recommend.

Our car mats are professionally made in our UK factory and are tailored to fit the footwells they are designed for. The reason the mats do not fit is that you've ordered mats for the latest model 3 Series (G20) but you required mats for the earlier model of 3 Series (F30). Our team have been in touch with returns information so that you can return your order for an exchange of the correct mats.

A lot of things went wrong! I placed an order with these for a birthday gift never came on time!!! I placed an order in good time to be told they couldn’t do the embroidery I wanted but I wasn’t aware of this until few days later They lied about emailing me with this matter! Secondly they emailed to say the mats was in production and ready to be sent off.. how? If there was an issue with the letters I wanted… Thirdly they finally done everything correct didn’t get them on time needed them by 11th April got them 19th April! The embroidery isn’t straight on the passenger side mat Never ordering from here again

The text selected on your order was a trademarked term that we were unable to embroider, our team contacted you the day of your order to let you know this. We didn't hear back from you for two weeks, at which point your order was updated and then it entered our production process. We make all our mats to order, and aim to dispatch within 7 working days of the production process starting.

Terrible quality, especially after paying almost £25 From the photos you can see the clips for the mats have not been cut correctly causing the metal to pop out, leaving me unable to fix the mats to my car. I am very disappointed after paying for these I would have received better quality from home bargains. Don't bother.

Received my order a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointed with the poor quality of finish, edges not trimmed properly and drivers mat heel pad not positioned correctly. Tried to contact them immediately but took three days before I got any response. Whilst they have promised to replace the drivers mat they stated it will take 10 days. Clearly their Customer Service skills are lacking as well as the quality of their products. Based upon my experience I wouldn’t recommend this companies products! PS received my replacement drivers mat this week and it was worse than the original!

Please accept our apologies for the issues with the mats you originally received, as our team mentioned these weren't up to standard and should not have been sent out. We haven't heard from you about the replacement mats, if you have concerns about these then please do let our team know. We aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day, your original email to us was on Friday afternoon and our team replied on Sunday morning, a replacement was then arranged on Monday afternoon. The replacement order had to go through the same manufacturing process as the original, hence the time taken to arrive. We left the original drivers mat with you to protect the vehicles interior in the period before the replacement arrived.

Avoid at all cost. I ordered 2008 mats for a Honda Jazz - order 15816. Unbeknown to me half way during the year, they changed shape. They arrived in a flimsy plastic sandwich bag with no other protection. To return them I would have had to pay a £23 exchange fee (1/3 of the cost of the mats & not included on the website information). When I contacted them they wouldn't even help me with the return. How am I supposed to weigh them ? Totally customer service useless. There is none. Avoid at all costs & pass the information on. I have put them out as scrap on bin collection day. That should help the environment.

Firstly we have only received one of the three mats we ordered and the other two are seemingly lost with Evri. Evri referred me to Vanmats who have no customer service number and have not replied as yet to my email. Secondly, the rubber mat we have received fits well but smells so strongly it gives you a headache and we had to drive with the windows down. The VOCs from it can’t be good for you. Had to take it out and hoping the smell will lessen. It is currently de-fuming in our garage while I am gradually fuming!!!! 😤
