“Perfect purchase for my new Vauxhall mokka, thank you. However, I did think that I had ordered the driver's side mat to include a rubber heel patch, no matter, they're great.”

Hi Maurice Thanks so much for your order and feedback We dont offer a rubber heel pad option, our carpet is more hardwearing than the rubber, so you would end up with a hole in the heel pad long before the carpet was ready to be refreshed

Thanks for the order Ann and feedback I'm pleased you have split your comments up We pay a premium for Royal Mail, and expect the service to match this On occasion it sadly doesnt We will however, always rectify issues, nomatter how they have been caused

“Mats are Good quality, however it said for 2011 -2020 model Grand CMax but the drivers mat has the wrong clip fittings (oval not round) and it catches under the clutch pedal every time.e you push the pedal down.”
