“The mats supplied are suppose to be cut to fit specific cars so disappointed that the driver and front passenger mats do not fit correctly plus the stubs that fix them to the existing carpet do not line up and despite sending 4 emails highlighting these points along with images I have received NO reply or comment from Carmat king . So beware your New mats may not cut the mustard images supplied”

Hi Allan All our mats are fully tailored to the vehicle, there is clearly something wrong with the set sent I'm so sorry you have been unable to contact us I've checked but can find no emails from you on the server, I have however raised a support ticket to ensure this is a limited issue I've called you and left a voicemail, in order to rectify the issue for you I will ensure whatever the problem is gets rectified to your absolute satisfaction and can only apologies at this stage Kind Regards CarMat Kings

“I can't actually give this company 6 stars as I can only go up to 5. I purchased a pair of Smart Fortwo mats and even though. Unfortunately I didn't feel my original choice of red trim on black mats looked right with the red on my car, so I quickly changed my mind but unfortunately the mats were manufactured so quickly, my contact Andy told me that he would simply remake them and send them out as a replacement in just black. I cannot recommend CarMat Kings enough, brilliant service and quick replies via email. I will be ordering again for my Father very soon.”
