“I agree with all the recent reviews. This is definitely a SCAM. Do not buy from this 'Ghost Business', it doesn't exist. Emails bounce, phone - no answer. The so called invoice is not what you would expect from a reputable company. No car mats arrived and it's nearly two weeks. I contacted my bank and they reimbursed my credit card. I also suggest you block your credit or debit card and order a new one. These guys afterall have your name, email and phone number. I also have reported this scam site to the NCSC.GOV.UK website. Hope this is helpful. One star rating is too high, there should be an option for ZERO rating!”

“AVOID this company it’s not real and you won’t get your item the good reviews on here are fake! The email bounced back and phone just rings out! The email you receive to say order is processing is also a joke as the can’t even spell car mat king! Iv had to go through my bank to get the money back.”

“A quick update on a review I left a few days ago, I sent emails and all came back undelivered. I called the number on the website which would just ring, I also called the number attached to the credit card payment and that was unrecognised. Apart from my order confirmation on 14th June I have had nothing from this company. I had to get in touch with my credit card company who then reimbursed my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!”

“Don't bother with this company, don't bother with customising as you don't get what you ordered, they take your extra payment for customising, tell you it's for both front mats,then they only do one mat and they put the writing on the wrong place. Quick response 😂😂😂, they don't respond at all, numerous emails over a week, not one single response. Stay well clear of this scampany and save your money. Pop in and see us, they say, we'll show you about, they say 😂😂😂 they probably won't answer the door to you. They are 🐕💩💩💩.”

“Firstly, delivery was 4 days late. Secondly, the boot mat I bought for my Nissan navara was not cut to perfect fit as advertised, is far too big and does not sit right in the back of my pickup! Waste of money!”

Hi Dilys Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review I've emailed you to get in contact, as something does not sound right, and I'd like to very much rectify this for you For just the one mat not to fit and the description you give, would suggest perhaps that the rear mats (which are packed face to face) have not been flipped the right way, so the fitment and colour issue is due to one being face side down, this is a common fitment mistake when people are in a rush to get the mats in the car I hope its this simple :)
