“This is my first time I’ve leased a car. I took delivery yesterday and I’m very happy. Throughout my experience from having lots of questions at the start through to delivery, the team at Car Leasing Online were on hand to help me. Lorraine was especially helpful and patient with me from paperwork to delivery. I would highly recommend them.”

“This is the second vehicle I've leased through Car Leasing Online, and because of my experiences with them, I wouldn't consider using any other company now. Everything about them is just spot-on. From the incredible customer service skills they (Mike and Lorraine) always display, to the amazing special offers they always seem to have. Nothing seems to much trouble.. “I found Car Leasing Online through the www.leaseloco.com website. From there I was able to easily contact Car Leasing Online to arrange a lease for the car I wanted. I spoke initially with a guy named Chris, regarding the quote for the lease who was very helpful. My initial quote had actually expired by the time I got round to actually actioning it, but after speaking to Chris he quickly sent me a new quote and I was able to process my application online very easily. The online application was pretty straight forward, although I did enter incorrect information for one thing (my own fault), but a quick call to Chris and this was sorted quickly. Once, the finance was all approved and I had electronically signed all of the relevant documents, I was then contacted by Lorraine via email in order to pick the delivery date I wanted. I also had a few questions regarding maintenance and a few other things, which she got back to me about very promptly. Delivery of the car was seamless too. I got a call early in the morning from the delivery driver who gave me a rough time window when he thought he would arrive. He arrived within that window and went through a few things and offered a demo of the controls etc. Overall, a good experience so far for my first lease and would recommend this company.”
