“Can't thank them enough. Needed a car quickly and in a tight budget, came back with options above what I was expecting and kept me updated through the whole process, including delviery and the documents which were a bit bewildering. Will be using them again next time when my current one ends. Superb”

“Rang up Dale as contract on current car was due in a month - came back with 4 options on cars after asking me what I wanted in a vehicle - all came within budget and upgrades! Delivered on time and contact was made throughout the process! Excellent customer service, highly recommend!”

“The service I received when looking to lease a new Audi was excellent. A very quick response to my particular requirements and excellent communication throughout the purchase process. Delivery was quickly and easily arranged and the vehicle was delivered exactly when they told me that it would be.”

“The value of my care lease was one of the best one the market. I dealt with one member of staff throughout the sales journey. The sales staff member was very responsive (within minutes) when assisting to get the information needed. Upon signing the contract I experienced delays in responses and frequently no responses, in particular where I had given advice on an important issue. The last email I sent requesting information relating to the hand over of the vehicle did not receive a response. However, the delivery driver of the vehicle was , friendly, well presented and professional. Although the value and delivery were very good, I would not recommend this company, nor use them again, due to the manner and service received from the agent I dealt with. Who I felt was complacent and inefficient.”

Hi Beatrice, firstly we can only apologise for the issues you encountered. I have looked into this and we had an issue getting information from the supplier, you should have been kept up to date at this point so we have brought this up as a training issue. We ask our suppliers to call the night before / same day for delivery, thus no email the day before from the agent (confirmation of delivery was sent to you on 22/3 by email) . In future we are looking at having our admin department call the night before to confirm everything is on track. Regards

The pricing contained in the website is correct at time of publication and whilst Carleasing-online endeavour to maintain content and prices to reflect 100% accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any technical errors or omissions. In addition, Carleasing-online are not responsible for incorrect pricing as a result of a change in pricing by the supplying dealer, manufacturer or finance company. We have no say in what dealers offer in terms of discount levels this can and does change daily, as you can appreciate it is a never ending job amending pricing feeds which run over night in the various places we advertise which updates the systems the next day. What different dealerships offer changes all the time they can turn discounts on and off as they please if they have stock / targets they need to hit they offer extra support, the dealership I spoke to were no longer able to offer that level of support on a factory order only on specific stock , I can understand your frustration as we get frustrtated sometimes selling a car and when we go to order find it has already been sold! What I would like to do is try and find you the best deal I can for the model of car of your choice, as a gesture of goodwill any order booking fee will be waived. Apologies again

“I was in need of a car within two weeks as I had sold the current car I had been using, I tried sevral other leasing compines and they were all saying that I would have to wait 5 months for the car I wanted, I then contacted Car Leasing on - line and spoke with Dale, from the start Dale was very helpful not only did he get me a much cheaper price to lease the car I wanted, (even cheaper then the main dealer) he somehow manged to get me a car within 2 weeks and it was deliverd to my work. I would use car leasing on line again and I have recomeded CAr Leasing on line to all my friends. Chris Jackson 8th Feb 2016”
